RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Book with obvious signs of use - Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after deliver.

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Australia. Our packages usually arrive at your destination within 2-4 weeks. Items will be shipped from our warehouse in worldwide. (Stock in warehouse) You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped out.

After the order has been paid, our warehouse will take 1-3 days to process your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Purchases made after 2 p.m. Pacific time will be shipped by the next business day. Orders placed after 1p.m. Pacific Time on Friday may be shipped out the following Monday (public holidays are not included).
